Do you offer shipping?
Yes we do! We ship to all 50 US states only at this time. We take extra care when shipping the cookies. They are bubble wrapped and then bubble wrapped again. However - we cannot control how packages are handled in transit and we cannot offer refunds in the event of damages.
Are your cookies made from hand?
Yes - each cookie is its own piece of art and I take alot of pride in every single detail.
Do cookies come individual wrapped?
Yes! Each cookies is wrapped individually.
Can I request modifications/color changes to your cookie sets?
Absolutely. I will do my best to match colors and request. Once you place an order I will reach out to confirm your order and details. You can email me inspiration images/your invite/etc.
You can also place a custom order quote request if you are making significant change request to an existing set. ​
How far in advance should I place my order?
The sooner the better. If you know your event date please do your best to give me atleast 30 days notice to plan for you event. If you order online and I cannot fulfill the order for the date of your event you will receive a full refund.
Do you take last minute orders?
If the order is within 30 days and I have availability a $20 rush fee will apply and must be paid prior to fulfillment. It will be invoiced seperately if not selected at checkout screen. ​
Do you offer gluten free/dairy free/other options?
I do my best to accomodate allergy request. However - every cookie is prepared in an environment where allergens such as dairy, nutes or nut bi-products are used. We cannot gaurantee these will be completly allergen-free.
How long do the cookies last?
Roughly 4 weeks in plastic packaging. They can be frozen to extend shelf life up to 6 months.
Do you offer proofs/samples prior to ordering?
No I do not unfortunately. There just is not enough time to make that happen. Please check out my reviews on Etsy. I do my absolute best to succeed your taste and aestethic expectations.
