All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Every order is shipped to arrive within 1 week of your event to ensure optimal freshness. We are not responsible for shipments that do not arrive in time due to carrier issues.
We take extra care when shipping the cookies. They are bubble wrapped and then bubble wrapped again. However - we cannot control how packages are handled in transit and we cannot offer refunds in the event of damages.
